New API structure
Further to our post last month, the new Polish logical structure, the FA(2), will go live on the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) production environment from 1 September 2023. At this point, it is expected to become binding until 1 July 2024, when the obligatory Polish e-invoicing obligations come into effect.
