E-invoicing law signed
Following the passing of the Polish e-invoicing amended Act in the Sejm, which effectively allows Poland to implement B2B e-invoicing from 1 July 2024, the Polish President has now proceeded to sign the Act. The Act will become binding law once it is published in the Journal of Laws. It is currently awaiting publication.
